Dance in the sun
near the sea! Come for a special program combining yoga and gentle
dance with Megha at the beautiful Discovery Yoga Studio in St
Augustine, Florida. This workshop will be a joyous experience of
combining yoga and movement with tribal dancing and meditation in
motion. Participants will consist of a unique group of people:
those who are brand new to the practice, those who already enjoy it and
want more inspiration, and those who are YogaDance teachers wanting a
refresher!
Prepare for three days of inspiration,
renewal, exploration, and sunshine. Daily classes in Let Your Yoga
Dance, along with time outside, dancing on the beach!
YogaDance teachers will inspire newer students with their practice and
newcomers will bring beginner’s mind to the group. Discover a happier
body, mind, and spirit - and new friends.
