Lucy James Visits NE Florida!
Renowned western Kadampa Buddhist teacher Lucy James
will be in our area for a magical weekend in late October. She has been
a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 26 years,
has trained many teachers, and edited Geshe-la’s books. We are indeed
fortunate to welcome her to St. Augustine and Jacksonville.

with life, but also develop their human potential and become wiser and
more caring individuals. In this free public talk with experienced
Buddhist teacher Kadam Lucy James, you will learn what meditation is
and how to get started.
The benefits of meditation are now well-documented, and include:

Kadam
Lucy is a senior meditation teacher in the New Kadampa
Tradition. She is currently the Resident Teacher of Parbawatiya
Buddhist Center in Tampa Bay, and also a frequent guest Teacher at all
the Kadampa Buddhist Meditation Centers in Florida. Kadam Lucy has been
studying and practicing Buddhist meditation for over 26 years under the
guidance of her Spiritual Guide, Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
